I am a professional management and vocational Facilitator and Consultant who has conducted more than 16,000 hours of training and facilitation during a rich 32 years of experience in both Individual and Organizational Development.

Graduated from the Faculty of Mass Communication, majoring as a Professional Public Speaker and Public Relations Specialist. Started as a Foreign Relation Specialist in the Ministry of Culture, then managed a family-owned metallurgical business.

Today, I consolidate my passion for developing employees and companies by upgrading entire organizational capabilities as a qualified Organization Development and Management Consultant.
