In 2005, the first regional restaurant chain in the Middle East went worldwide thanks to one of our Technical Training Systems Designs for a well-known food industry company. In 2017, we repeated the process with a Sweets & Pastry Organization.

The YUSRe system's design was used in several projects at a manufacturing company that decreased the number of accidents and fatalities, including body part amputations that affected at least five workers each year. In the first year following adoption, our systems fully eliminated these instances.

Etoile for Bakery & Pastries

  • Using a ground-breaking design for the business processes to lead the business maturity development phases and empowering the executives to lead at a higher business level.
  • Planning and directing the phases of the leadership transformational changes using extensive leadership, change management, and coaching sessions.
  • Implementing the change culture in a cascading fashion to encourage the necessary change and lessen development resistance at all managerial and employee levels.
  • The firm was transitioned from total fire-fighting to planning and coordinating activities as a result of the culture change management, and operations in the factory and branches were run with just two to three board visits during the busiest seasons (Ramadan & the Mooled).
  • Facilitating and carrying out organizational strategies using internal and external gap analysis.
  • Creating and implementing diagnostic systems for the food industry to determine company maturity levels, long- and short-term plans, and follow-up tools.
  • Oversaw and facilitated the operation consistency project, which led to the first instance of standardized production for each final good.
  • Creating and executing a thorough audit system from the views of both customers and operations, supported by PC and mobile applications for seamless implementations.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to direct marketing initiatives, establish new branding, corporate identities, and concept design projects, and expand market share for the company.
  • Creating systems for Operation Audits in the food and retail industries (i.e. mystery shopper).
